Well, today is the day. Going forward, Tumblr will no longer allow adult content on its platform. But the microblogging site says it still wants users to think of it as a place to “explore sexuality.”

Adult Content Ban  

Starting December 17, 2018, Tumblr will begin enforcing a new policy of "Censorship," Posts that contain adult content will longer be allowed on Tumblr.

Tumblr states it's a place the community can speak freely about topics like art, sex positivity, your relationships, your sexuality, and your personal journey. As they also state they want to make sure that they continue to foster a type of "Diversity of Expression" in the community, so their new policy strive to strike a balance and confusion. As you can see for yourself what is and what is not allowed.
